Instructions

Step 1
with 2 bsp of vegetable oil fry the chicken for 5 min or until whitened on a suace pan. Do not keep more than 7min.
Step 2
in an oven pan, brush1 tbsp of olive oil and mix the chicken with the rest of the ingredients xcep the lemon juice.
Step 3
add 2 tbsp of olive oil on top and juice the lemon on top and cover with an alum foil. put in th eoven on top/below 190deg for approx 40min. Remove the foil just before the last 10min checking on how moist is it and if it needs any more ingredients.
