Instructions

Step 1
Mix the marinade in a pan, stick in the chicken, cover the chicken with marinate and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours
Step 2
Cook it in the same pan with the marinade until it is fully cooked, leave it to have some colour, don't over burn the garlic
Step 3
Serve with tzatziki (greek yogurt 0%, cucumber, lemon, dill, garlic)
Step 4
Serve with tabbouleh or fresh veg couscous (couscous with bell peppers, onions, cucumber and tomatoes chopped veeeery fine) and sautéed some sugar snaps in the same pan as the chicken after to soak up the juices
