This is an extremely easy and delicious pork roast recipe for the slow cooker. It's very tender every time. If desired, skim fat from the pan juices and thicken with flour for gravy.

Place pork roast into a slow cooker. Mix tomato sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and ground mustard in a bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour mixture over pork roast.
