Step 1
Cube the watermelon and chill if not already cold.
Step 2
Portion deli turkey and arrange on plates or bento boxes.
Step 3
Add watermelon, feta, crackers or rice cakes, and hummus.
Step 4
Add olives or mint if using.

Portions: You = 125g turkey + 200g watermelon + 2 crackers + 15g feta + 20g hummus. Wife = 100g turkey + 150g watermelon + 1.5 crackers + 10g feta + 15g hummus. One portion reserved for leftovers.
