Instructions

Step 1
Peel the onion and finely chop. Place a saucepan over the heat, heat up the olive oil, add the onion and sauté, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown.

Then add the rice and let it fry slightly. Next, add the water, season with salt, and mix well. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 to 12 minutes on low heat. Check if the rice is cooked and serve.
