Instructions
Step 1
Proof the first three ingredients in the stand mixer bowl.
Step 2
Mix flour and salt in a large prep bowl. Add olive oil to a tiny prep bowl.
Step 3
Add flour mixture and oil to stand mixer bowl, and mix on low to medium for about 5 minutes using the dough hook attachment.
Step 4
Knead by hand for 3-4 minutes, then form a large ball, add to a large glass or steel bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit in a warm area for 45-60 minutes.
Step 5
Strength build fold, and repeat rising another 45-60 minutes. Repeat a second time.
Step 6
Divide into four portions, stretch out into single serving pizzas, top with your favorite toppings and cook in the Ooni according to your oven's instructions.
