Instructions
Step 1
Cut sirloin into approximately 2 inch chunks; Place in large bowl.
Step 2
Cut onion and bell pepper into 2”, square chunks; add to bowl.
Step 3
Fill bowl with Italian dressing to cover all the chunks.
Step 4
Sprinkle with garlic salt and stir in.
Step 5
Marinate for 24 hours.
Step 6
Stick chunks onto kabob sticks/skewers, alternating between me and vegetables.
Step 7
Cook on the grill until meat is cooked.
Step 8
Pour remaining marinade into a pot and heat until boiling; Use as sauce over kabobs.
