Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2
In a small saucepan, brown the butter: melt over medium-high heat, stirring until it foams, turns golden, and smells nutty. Pour into a bowl to cool slightly.


Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.




Step 4
Once the brown butter has slightly cooled, add the mashed bananas, brown sugar, greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.





Step 5
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet and fold together until combined. Be careful not to over-mix. Then, fold in the chocolate chips as well.

Step 6
Pour the batter into a greased and lined 9x5” loaf pan with parchment paper. Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.

Step 7
Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.

Step 8
Let cool in the pan for 15–20 minutes, then transfer to a serving plate.
Step 9
Slice and serve warm with butter and flaky sea salt, if desired. Enjoy!
