Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease or line a small baking dish (~20x20cm).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, cottage cheese, milk, apple sauce, and vanilla.
Step 3
Add the almond meal, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Step 4
Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top.
Step 5
Sprinkle with almond seeds
Step 6
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and set in the center.
Step 7
Cool slightly before slicing into 4 squares. Enjoy warm or chilled.
