This recipe allows you to bake a single serving cake for a tasty dessert, without having to worry about getting through the rest of the slices over the next week. Plus, it has under 200 calories with 9 g of protein, 7 g of fiber, and no added sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a small oven safe bowl with parchment paper, and lightly grease the paper
Step 2

Dice your apple, and add to a small food processor with an egg, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Blend until smooth, and no chunks of apple remain




Step 3

Transfer the batter to the bowl, and smooth out the top
Step 4

Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 5

Transfer to the fridge, and let chill until totally cooled. Invert onto a plate, slice, and serve
