Sharing is caring, right?  Wrong.  Sometimes, you want to bake a cake for the 3 most important people in your life: me, myself, and I.  This recipe allows you to bake a single serving cake for a tasty dessert, without having to worry about getting through the rest of the slices over the next week.  Plus, it has under 200 calories with 9 g of protein, 7 g of fiber, and no added sugar

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F. Line a small oven safe bowl with parchment paper, and lightly grease the paper
Step 2

Dice your apple, and add to a small food processor with an egg, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Blend until smooth, and no chunks of apple remain

Transfer the batter to the bowl, and smooth out the top
Step 4

Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
Step 5

Transfer to the fridge, and let chill until totally cooled. Invert onto a plate, slice, and serve
