Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark

Cool down with frozen yogurt berry bark, a welcome healthy and cold alternative to a soda, iced tea or a popsicle on hot summer days. It is a good snack for all seasons, a combination of Greek yogurt and fruits and very flexible to adjust to seasonal flavors.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix yogurt with maple syrup.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto it.
Step 3
Scatter slices strawberry, blueberries and raspberries as well as chopped pistachios on top of the yogurt. Any pattern or no pattern.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until yogurt is firm.
Step 5
Cut or break the bark into manageable pieces and serve.
