Instructions
Step 1
Mash banana and mix in egg
Step 2
Stir in creamy peanut butter
Step 3
Add maple syrup and vanilla extract
Step 4
Mix well until combined, may be lumpy
Step 5
Add in baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg until well blended.
Step 6
Pour in chocolate morsels and nuts if desired.
Step 7
Line muffin pan and fill each cup halfway.
Step 8
Bake at 375° for 13-15 minutes
Check if done with toothpick. Should come out clean. Be sure not to stick through a morsel.
