A beautiful pasta dish for a dressed crab from the fishmonger. Punchy, rich and indulgent but very quick to make.

Instructions

Step 1
Put pasta on to boil in heavily salted water for 12 minutes
Step 2
Crush the garlic with salt and fry in the olive oil gently for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Squeeze in the lemon juice and cook until evaporated.
Step 4
Add the lemon zest, crab and creme fraiche. Check seasoning.
