Instructions

Step 1
Defrost raspberries and blend with protein powder
Step 2
Blend/mix in the dessicated coconut, put into a tin and freeze (baking sheet)
Step 3
Once frozen chop into bars
Step 4
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave and dip bars in chocolate
