Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and vegetable oil until smooth and combined

Mix in powdered sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and the contents of 1 chai tea bag

Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms



Step 4
Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour

Grease baking sheet


Step 6
Scoop out dough, roll into balls, and place on a baking sheet. Press gently with a glass or your palm, then sprinkle with extra sugar if desired. Bake for 8–9 minutes until just set

Step 7
Let cookies cool completely, then decorate with icing as desired
