Instructions
Step 1
1: brown the meat
Step 2
Add stock cubes, 1 cup of water, nutmeg, oregano, garlic powder, curry powder and frozen vegetables to the meat

Stir until boiling
Step 4
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes

Combine cornflour and 2/3 cup water, then add to meat
Step 6
Return to heat, cook until thick
Step 7
Add tomato paste and frozen vegetables (if didn't do it in step 2)

Cook another 10 minutes

Allow meat to cool

Preheat oven

Lay out sheets of pastry on bench and let it thaw slightly (don't let it thaw too much or it will make it hard to fold)

Cut pastry into quarters, 4 squares.

Divide the meat up evenly between each of the squares, roughly a soup spoon amount.
Step 14
Make square into triangle with meat in the middle. Fold the bottom edge over the top (on the side of the triangle), little bits at a time. You want a crimped edge.
Step 15
Put pies on a tray and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden. Turn tray after 10 minutes.
