Instructions
Step 1
Add oil into a small pan, once hot garlic and cook until fragrant
Step 2
Add hoisin, peanut butter and water into the saucepan and mix
Step 3
Once boiling turn off the fire and add sambal
Step 4
Optional: Before serving add crushed peanut for additonal texture and flavour
