Smoky Chili Onion Crunch

This is a play on Lao Gan Ma and Trader Joe's Chili Onion Crunch. It is less spicy than the first and more smokier that the last. Enjoy with eggs, pasta, toast, cheese or whatever needs a little extra spicy texture.

Step 1
In small saucepan, over low heat, combine oil, paprika and pepper flakes. Warm gently to fragrant. Do not overheat as you will burn the oil. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
In clean dry container mix well the onion, garlic, salt, bell pepper seasoning and sesame seeds.
Step 3
Pour the oil over the spices and combine. Cool to room temperature and Enjoy!.
