Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add orzo to the pan. Toast the orzo for 3 minutes.

Step 2
Add olive oil to the pan with orzo. Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, roughly 1 minute.



Step 3
Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8 minutes.



Step 4
Stir in spinach, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and lemon juice. Cook until creamy. Serve hot.
