Lemon Orzo

Instructions

Step 1
Heat pan over medium-high heat. Add orzo to the pan. Toast the orzo for 3 minutes.

Add olive oil to the pan with orzo. Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, roughly 1 minute.

Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8 minutes.
