Slice the mushrooms.

Put a couple of spoons of olive in a pan with a clove of garlic. When the oil is hot, ease down the mushrooms in the pan. After five minutes, pour the white wine into the pan and stir until the alcohol is evaporated. Add some salt and pepper and minced parsley.

Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.

Place some salad and tomato slices on the bottom side, add the bresaola, the fontina cheese slices, and then the mushrooms.
