Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2
Line muffin tin with baking cups.
Step 3
In large mixing bowl, combine bananas, sugar and egg. Add melted butter and combine.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to wet ingredients and stir until combined.
Step 5
Add chocolate chips (optional).
Step 6
Divide batter into muffin tin. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 15-19 minutes.
