Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8x5" loaf pan with baking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Stir in melted butter until smooth.
Step 3
Add sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt and flour and stir until batter is thick and combined.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
Step 5
Scoop into loaf pan.
Step 6
Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
