Healthy Brownie Balls

Instructions

Step 1
Add all brownie ball ingredients to a food processor and blend until fully combined. The mixture will be a crumbly/sandy texture. If too sticky, add a little protein powder or almond flour. If too dry add more nut butter or honey
Step 2
Roll dough into balls and set on parchment paper lined tray or plate. Set in the freezer while you melt your chocolate for the coating.
Step 3
Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave for 30 sec., stir, and repeat until fully melted.
Step 4
Dip each brownie ball into the melted chocolate. Top with sea salt and set back onto the lined tray. Set back in the freezer until Chocolate hardens, about 15-20 min.
