Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them up into small cubes. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika (I don’t use exact measurements for this part).
Step 2
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook.
Step 3
Once the potatoes are about half way through cooking, cut chicken into cubes. Cook the chicken in a skillet on medium high heat with a little butter. Season the chicken with 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper, 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Step 4
Once the chicken is finished cooking add minced garlic and the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce. I use just enough sauce to coat the chicken. Next, add the cooked potatoes to the skillet. Stir everything together well and top with some shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 5
Broil in the oven for just a few minutes to melt the cheese (you could also cover with a lid and let this sit on the stove until cheese melts). Top with dried parsley and more Parmesan Garlic sauce if needed. Enjoy!
