400gground beef

2 Tbsptomato paste

30mltomato sauce

60gcottage cheese

1 tspsalt

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsporegano flakes

Instructions
Step 1
1️⃣ Season and cook the ground beef in a non-stick pan over medium heat for around 6 minutes.
Step 2
2️⃣ Assemble the lasagna rolls: wrap, sauce, filling, cheese. Spray generously with no-calorie spray and place seam-side down on an air fryer rack. Top with more sauce and cheese.
Step 3
3️⃣ Air fry for around 10 minutes at 200C or 400°F.
Step 4
4️⃣ I put mine in a pan under the grill on high for 8 minutes instead of the air fryer.
