Step 1
Chicken: Cut chicken breasts in half longways, place a sheat of plastic wrap over the top and pound both sides with meat tenderizer, sprinkle Italian seasoning/salt/pepper on both sides, cover in thin layer of flour, grill both sides in a pan until just cooked, and set aside.

Step 2
Sauce: Mince or chop finely 5 cloves of garlic, saute in the same pan with 2 tbsp melted butter. When just golden, add a boullion cube and melt in in with the garlic. Then add 2 cups of chicken stock, and bring to a simmer. Add juice from one whole lemon, and then add a cup of cream.

Step 3
Combine: place cooked chicken pieces into the sauce in one layer, add chopped parsley and lemon slices over the top of them if desired.

Step 4
Broccoli: preheat over to 385 degrees Fahrenheit, toss 2 heads worth of broccoli in a bowl with half a cup of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and your choice of oil. Bake for 15 mins.
