Ingredients

1 lbground meat
beef, turkey, or sausage

24 ozno-sugar-added tomato sauce
or pizza

½ tspdried oregano

¼ tspmineral salt

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

cayenne

8 ozlight cream cheese

14 ozlow-fat cottage cheese

2eggs
beaten

8 ozpart-skim mozzarella
shredded

¼ cupParmesan
grated, for topping

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Step 2
Brown the meat in a skillet over high heat. Drain excess fat, then stir in sauce and seasonings. Simmer for a few minutes.
Step 3
Blend filling: In a food processor or mixer, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and eggs until smooth.
Step 4
Assemble layers in a 9x13" dish: Half the meat sauce, Half the cheese mixture, All spinach, Half the mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella and top Parmesan.
Step 5
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Step 6
Cool 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
