Worst decision of your life. 3lbs of meat is too much. Reduce to 1 maybe 1.5 or 2 if you try again. Look at other chili recipes because this is more like a sloppy joe mix than chili.

Ingredients

2 Tbspavocado oil
or olive
2habaneros
or jalapenos
1yellow onion

3cloves garlic
2 lbsextra lean ground beef
or chicken or pork
2 cupscrushed tomatoes
½ cuptomato paste
3cans kidney beans
¼ cupred wine
or beer
1 Tbspsoy sauce
5 Tbspchili powder

Instructions
Step 1
Chop onions into chunks
Step 2
Put pot on stove over low medium heat. When pot is hot put oil in and let it coat the bottom. Add onions
Step 3
Chop peppers up as finally as you like and add to pot.
Step 4
Crush the garlic cloves and mince and add to onion and peppers.
Step 5
Add tomato paste, spices, and sou sauce stirring until evenly mixed.
Step 6
Next add meat break into chunks and stirring until meat is no longer pink
Step 7
Add crushed tomatoes, canned beans, and alcohol, give it a stir.
Step 8
Add any optional ingredients and let chili simmer and turn to low and let simmer for 20-30 minutes when meat is cooked through your chili is ready.
