Ground Turkey Enchilada Skillet Meal

Followed recipe exactly. A lot of flavor! It is very easy to prepare. Was concerned about just throwing the corn tortillas in, but it was just the texture the dish needed.

Really great. But don't forget to make the brown rice first. Every time I go to cook this recipe last minute I think, "shoot. I haven't cooked the brown rice yet!"
