Instructions

Step 1
Boil one cup pasta in water, oil and salt.
Step 2
Boil 1.5 cup milk. In a small cup, mix 2/3 tbsp of flour and 4 tbsp of milk, add this to the boiling milk when you see steam form.
Step 3
Once the mixture is thick, add black pepper, ginger/ garlic, and chilli flakes. Add boiled pasta. Also add 2 handfuls of cheese.
