Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch (23×23 cm) baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Stir in almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, protein powder, and salt (if using).

4. Fold in diced apple.

5. Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 6
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7
7. Cool slightly before slicing into 6 equal portions.

8. Top each slice with Greek yogurt, walnuts, and peanut butter before serving.
