Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180° fan
Step 2
Mix together 1 tbsp of olive oil, potatoes and seasoning. Roast for 15mins
Step 3
Marinade Chicken in 1 tbsp olive oil, flour, 1/2 tbsp paprika and seasoning for approx 15mins. Add chicken to potatoes and roast for 30mins.
Step 4
Mix together remaining paprika, vinegar, garlic, honey and seasoning. Add the peppers to the roasting tin and drizzle over the sauce, scatter with almonds. Roast for 10-15mins until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are golden. Sprinkle over the Parsley and serve with bread. Enjoy 😁
