Instructions
Step 1
Mix the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, 1 garlic clove and mixed herbs on a bowl
Step 2
Butterfly the chicken breast and marinate in the lemon and herb dressing for roughly 20 minutes (or as long as it takes to make the rest)
Step 3
Put sweet potato fries in the air fryer for 15 minutes
Step 4
Make the tzatziki with the yoghurt, grated cucumber, half a lemon zest and juice and garlic clove, salt and pepper and fresh herbs
Step 5
Fry chicken in a pan for about 4 minutes each side
Step 6
Grill buns and put a layer of tzatziki and place chicken on top with a few slices of gerkins
