Melt 170g salted butter 3 min/60°C/speed 2
Step 2
Add 2 overriped banana 2 eggs 2tsp vanilla essence 200g greek yogurt(or half yogurt half milk) 5 sec/speed 5
Step 3
Add dry ingredients (use strainer) 255g all purpose flour 2tsp baking powder 1/2tsp baking soda 150g caster sugar (can make half sugar half brown) 5 sec/speed 5
Step 4
Lastly, add 170g mini chocolate chip gently mix for 5 sec//speed 4
Step 5
Pour batter in muffin cup full baked at preheated oven 200c for 18-20mins
