Instructions

Step 1
Cook chickpeas in oil, onion, red masala, turmeric , curry powder, lemon pepper powder for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook couscous (with a cup or 2 of water) over heat for 5 minutes, let sit with lid on for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cook mushrooms with black pepper and salt for 7 minutes on medium heat.
Step 4
Dice green pepper, red pepper, onion, spinach, cucumber and add to serving dish.
Step 5
Make dressing as you prefer.
Step 6
Combine all ingredients. Salad can be eaten cold :) enjoy
