Roasted cauliflower tastes better than meat! Crispy roasted cauliflower. Simply delicious!
My crispy roasted cauliflower recipe is a testament to the versatility and deliciousness of this humble vegetable.
Gotta say something to keep getting my recipes. Thank you.
Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
*Instructions:*
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Rinse the cauliflower florets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
3. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until tender and crispy, flipping halfway through.
6. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
