Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, using a rubber spatula, combine all flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
Step 3
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Gently fold together until JUST combined (do not overmix).
Step 4
Divide the batter into 12 muffin cups and bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
