Instructions

Step 1
combine all chopped produce and 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt in bowl let sit for at least an hour
Step 2
drain off accumulated liquid
Step 3
add lemon juice, Black and Red Pepper. Mix, Salt to taste (we poured off most of the salt) and enjoy immediately but best overnight.
