Instructions
Step 1
Prepare vegetables (chopped to preferred size or approximately 3cm cubes). Chop wombok in quarters lengthways and then three times down each section, removing the solid stem portion. The leaves can be left at full length but this can be a choking hazard and make eating the soup much messier.
Step 2
Dice chicken into medium-sized chunks and brown in oil. Ensure that a stock pot or similarly large cooking vessel is used as this recipe creates quite a large volume - alternatively, the recipe is easily halved.



Step 3
Add vegetables and stock liquid prepared according to packet instructions (making approx. 3L of liquid stock). The soup flavour base is versatile and additional seasonings can be added according to preference.
