Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pot of chicken broth or water on the stove to boiling.
Step 2
Mix Dressing first: mix salt, pepper, accent seasoning, sugar, and rice vinegar until dissolved.
Step 3
Shred rotisserie chicken in a large bowl.
Step 4
Once the dressing has dissolved, add the vegetable oil and sesame seed oil to the dressing mixture and mix well.
Step 5
Pour half the mixture over the chicken to soak.
Step 6
Chop lettuce and green onions and add to the chicken.
Step 7
Take boiling broth or water off the stove and add rice noodles, let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Broil almonds and sesame seeds until golden brown, add to the chicken and dressing mix.
Step 9
Drain rice noodles and add to the chicken salad mixture.
Step 10
Mix together and serve.
