One pan Roast Potatoes, Sprouts and Bacon: All in one traybakes are a lifesaver at Christmas, and roasting the sprouts totally transforms their flavour. Cook these on the shelf above your turkey to help them crisp up.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Toss the new potatoes in a large roasting tin with the oil, thyme and seasoning. Roast for 25min.
Step 2
Add the sprouts and lardons and continue to cook for a further 20-25min until potatoes are tender and sprouts and lardons crisp.
