Step 1
Pour mixture on greased wax paper on cookie sheet. Bake 375 for 15 min. Sprinkle dish towel with 10x sugar. Turn cake onto the dish towel and peel off wax paper then sprinkle with 10x sugar. Let cool a lil but then roll up in the towel and let cool. Unroll cake and spread cream cheese mix over the cake to the edges. Roll up into jelly roll lengthwise. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.
