Instructions
Step 1
Mix lamb, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, spring onion, grated ginger, pepper together into a paste

Step 3
For pot stickers:
Cook for 2-3 minutes in pot with oil
Add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water
Cook for another 6-7 minutes For boiled dumplings:
Boil for 8 minutes
