Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside for later.





Step 2
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles based on the instructions on the packaging. Drain noodles, reserving some noodle water for later.


Step 3
Melt butter in a separate pan on medium low heat. Add garlic and ginger. Cook until lightly caramelized and fragrant then stir in soy sauce mixture.



Step 4
After stirring for about a minute, add scallions. Cook until the scallions wilt a bit, then toss in pasta and parmesan cheese. Add in a little noodle water to loosen up the noodles a bit.
