Ingredients
1 servings
1 cuprolled oats
1 ¼ cupsmilk
dairy or non-dairy
½ cup5% Greek yogurt
2 Tbspchia seeds
1 scoopvanilla protein powder
¼ cupcottage cheese
optional for extra creaminess
1 Tbsppeanut butter
or almond butter for a lighter flavor
1 tsphoney
or maple syrup, sweetness to taste
1 tspvanilla extract
salt

2 Tbspmini chocolate chips
mix some in, save some for topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl or large jar, combine oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and salt.
Step 2
Add milk, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in half of the chocolate chips.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
Step 5
In the morning, give it a good stir, then top with the remaining chocolate chips.
