Instructions

Step 1
Season the chicken breasts with the herbs and spices.
Step 2
Add the chicken and the rest of the ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well.
Step 3
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Step 4
After 4 hours, remove the chicken and shred it. Return it to the slow cooker and cook for remaining time.
Step 5
30 minutes before end of cooking time, remove the lid.
