Instructions

Step 1
Couper le chorizo en petits dés et le broyer au Thermomix. Etaler sur la pâte. Rajouter du gruyère râpé. Rouler la pâte comme les palmiers. Placer au congélateur 30mn. Découper de fines tranches. Passer au four 10 mn
