Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven too 160 fan

In a saucepan melt the butter, sugar, honey and syrup on a low heat.

Once those ingredients are melted and combined. Mix in the flax seed and oats till well covered in the mixture.

Once all is combined transfer mixture from the pan into a square tin lined with baking paper. And place in oven at 160 for 35 minutes
Step 5
Once baked for 30 mins or golden brown on top remove the flapjack from the oven and leave in the tin to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
