Instructions

Marinate the Lamb

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, honey (if using), and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Add the diced lamb to the marinade and mix well to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Cook the Lamb

Step 3
Heat a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add the marinated lamb to the pan, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked through.
Step 5
If you prefer, you can also roast the lamb in the oven at 200°C (about 400°F) for around 15-20 minutes

Serve

Step 6
Once cooked, remove the lamb from the heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Step 7
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro.
