8Chicken pieces
¼ cupOlive oil
3 TbspLemon juice
1 TbspRosemary salt
1 TbspCayenne pepper
1 TbspGround ginger
1 TbspGround garlic
1 tspGround Cumin
1 tspGround Coriander
1 tspGround Cinnamon
1 tspGround cloves
1 tspGround Cinnamon
1 tspTurmeric
1 TbspBlack pepper
1 TbspDried parsley
5 TbspYogurt

Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken pieces (I am using leg pieces). Wash throughly and dry completely with paper towel. Prick the chicken pieces with sharp knife (it will help to absorb the flavours of marinade better).
Step 2
For the marinade: in a medium bowl, combine, all ingredients mentioned above and mix it well. ( If rosemary salt not available, add regular salt: 1 tsp , dried rosemary: 1 tsp, & sugar: 1 tsp).
Step 3
Pour the marinade over chicken pieces. Rub all over the each chicken piece. Cover and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Take the traditional Moroccan tagine.
Step 5
Take baby potatoes, wash these thoroughly and dry. Add in bottom of tagine,drizzle olive oil, season with salt & pepper, and dried parsley.Give it a mix.
Step 6
On the sides of tagine, lay the slices of lemon and add halves of garlic bulbs.
Step 7
Topped with marinated chicken and cover with lid.
Step 8
Bake in preheated oven at 200 c for an hour. (Or it can take upto 1 & 1/2. Hours. Depends on oven and size of chicken pieces. ).
Step 9
Take out and rest for 10 minutes before opening the lid.
Step 10
Serve immediately & Enjoy!
